Livingstone street apartment 2 is our 1-bedroom apartment located in a perfect spot just outside of the city centre in the Leeman road area.

Roughly a 20 minutes’ riverside walk into the centre of York. This cosy one-bedroom apartment provided the perfect home from home whilst working in York or visiting York for lesuire purposes.

Through the entrance door you will see the open plan living and kitchen/dining room. The living room offers a king sofa bed for extra sleeping space and a smart flat screen Tv.

The kitchen comes complete with an electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washer for your use. Alongside all of the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a basic meal.

The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable super king size bed that can be split into singles if requested. The bathroom contains modern tiling throughout, it has a bath with a shower overhead.

The furnishings are extremely comfortable and makes the apartment a perfect choice for your stay in York. Hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided throughout your stay, there is Free high speed WI-FI, ironing and hair drying facilities also for your use giving you the option to pack a little lighter!
